    People Don't Care What You Know Until They Know That You Care. 
     
    Trust me when I tell you that.  It’s kind of like that old saying, “I can’t hear what you’re saying because your actions are screaming at me.”  People want and need to feel that you care about them, their interests, their fears, worries or family before they can ever mentally get to point where they can know you, like you, or trust you enough to do business with you. 
     
    The sooner you can get to making sure your customers know that you care, the quicker you can get them to care about what you know.  Customer service is now, and always has been the heart and soul of our business.  Get back to it, keep it top of mind every time you talk to a customer and consider the following five rules from my client checklist and you’ll go a long way towards building (and keeping) life-long relationships:     CLICK HERE to read full article.
