People Don't Care What You
Know Until They Know That You
Care.
Trust me when I tell you that.
It’s kind of like that old
saying, “I can’t hear what
you’re saying because your
actions are screaming at me.”
People want and need to feel
that you care about them, their
interests, their fears, worries
or family before they can ever
mentally get to point where they
can know you, like you, or trust
you enough to do business with
you.
The sooner you can get
to making sure your customers
know that you care, the quicker
you can get them to care about
what you know.
Customer service is now, and
always has been the heart and
soul of our business. Get back
to it, keep it top of mind every
time you talk to a customer and
consider the following five

and you’ll go a long way towards

Ready to Meet You
Halfway...
It’s April!
Time for those showers that
bring May flowers.
Time for that love letter to
Uncle Sam -- and it's time to
let you know that we're at the
halfway point to meeting you at
The FORUM!
The
official "Check Up From
the Neck Up" event of
the year -- we're all ready and
waiting to meet you this July
11th at the Livonia Marriott in
Livonia, MI.
For those
of you new to THE FORUM, we
invite all members of the Master
Sales Society to a one-day
tune-up with Floyd and the Team,
which occurs at the mid-way
point of the year. It's a
tremendous opportunity to make
sure you're on track, get you
back on track, or speed up your
fast-track!
THE FORUM
is for the Master Sales Society
only. Tickets are $129, but if
you signed up at Master Sales
Academy 2009 then your ticket to
this year’s FORUM was
included in the registration.
We would
love to see everybody show up,
but we have to do our planning
for this event now. Meeting room
space and our hotel room block
is limited, so we need to know
if you plan to attend THE FORUM.
