It is I that should be saying “Wow” for having the opportunity to take this class again. I am serious when I say that this class has never cost me a penny. It has always made me money. Chicago was such a boost for me. 17 days into February I have 14 sales for 2009. 5 listings sold ( 3 that I sold myself) and 9 buyer controlled sales. I am well on my way to my yearly goal of 65 closed transactions. My goal for buyer controlled sales was 17 and as you can see I only need 8 more to meet my annual goal. Obviously this will need to be adjusted upwards. I LOVE THIS PROGRAM.

I have been meaning to contact you to give you a report from our company regarding our recent experience with Floyd Wickman’s SMART program. There is not enough time to write all the positive experiences we just had with this program. Approximately 88 of our agents went though the program. Floyd was flexible to let our managers go through and work on recruiting activities/skills and our core business sales agents and loan officers also attended with their department heads (approximately 40 others). All in all, this program was more than expected. It was as good, if not better, than Sweat Hogs in that the material was updated for today’s agent to today’s technology world, yet, was very basic in its content, activities and accountability. The success stories go on and on and on! They will be continued to be seen throughout the first quarter of 2008 and the entire careers of all participants. Just yesterday a new agent secured 15 builder listings directly from a contact she made during the SMART program. It is our intent to have this program back to Century 21 Judge Fite Company each year in the fall to build business during the 4th and 1st quarters of each year, not to mention helping agents with the basic activities that will build their careers forever! To Whom It May Concern: Being a graduate of the Floyd Wickman “Sweat hog” program, I initially felt that this course would be too repetitive to warrant the cost. However, after sitting in on the initial class, I realized how much I had lost from the previous class. I needed the refresher on all of the dialogues, and I needed the new way to look at my “Book of Business”. I will certainly be telling all of my Realtor acquaintances and colleagues about this class. The program is obviously well worth the money and time commitment. It has brought a new focus to my professional life. The reason I took this class is because every agent I knew who has been through Floyd training told me that it changed their life. I only had one closing and no motivation last year but I knew I didn't want to quit Real Estate so I did this program to get my career going again. In the spring we completed our first Floyd Wickman Program, and without exception all were extremely pleased with the results. The things you have been teaching us in class have really worked for me. The FSBO I was telling you about before with the commission problem did not pan out. But that’s OK.
