Mike Pallin has been a student, a soldier, a singer-songwriter, a salesperson, a sales trainer, recruiter, creative director and is now President of the all new Floyd Wickman Team™.

In 1985, Floyd selected Mike as the first trainer to teach the famous Floyd Wickman Course-Sweathogs®.   He was among the first group of Floyd Wickman trainers to train students, with over 2000 students trained and earn the Master Trainer designation.

In 1990, he took the title of Creative Director, and together he and Floyd created training programs that have over a quarter of a million successful graduates: including Sweathogs For Life™, Head Hogs™, Rapid Fire Recruiting™, Selling Skills™, Master SalesTrack™, Master Sales Academy™, Alumni Club™, the Floyd Wickman School of Speaking and Training™, and the all new Floyd Wickman's S.M.A.R.T. Selling™ and Core Values Club™.

Currently Mike teaches the S.M.A.R.T Selling™, recruits and develops the trainers, and runs the annual Master Sales Academy™ and Forum™.
 

He lives in Ann Arbor, Michigan and enjoys golf, walking and music. He and his sons, Derek and Tim, perform in a Beatles tribute band that has won international competitions.
