Steve's real estate career shadowed Floyds in that his manager had the same cold call until you got one ideology.   That said, in his first 60 days he got 7 listings, that transitioned into 32 sales and a net income of a little over $100,00.00.  Not bad for a rookie agent working in a dual career.
