Jack Alia comes to the Floyd Wickman Team
with over 20 years experience in the Real Estate Business. Until Jack
was introduced to Floyd’s techniques and dialogues, he was a struggling
sales associate. As a last option before quitting, Jack took a Floyd Wickman program. His career and life changed dramatically. Jack was
inspired and became what is affectionately referred to as “Wickmanized”.
Jack spent the next several years in the top 12-20% of all sales
associates nationwide. Later he went on to be a highly successful sales
manager. But with all his accomplishments, something was missing. Jack
realized what he loved to do was motivate, and guide his agents toward
success and balance.
He took Floyd Wickman’s philosophy of “No One Cares How Much You Know,
Until They Know How Much You Care” to heart. Jack learned an important
lesson from Floyd, that success won’t find you, you have to go after it.
But he believes that if anyone can be successful, you can too. He not
only brings the skills and lessons learned over a long career, but also
the motivation to live up to higher expectations. Jack is one of only a
few trainers nationally, hand picked and personally trained by Floyd
Wickman.
Jack is immensely proud of the fact that he personally assisted Floyd
with training a large company. In doing so, he learned a wealth of
knowledge, directly from the source, which he is eager to share. Jack
lives in New York, with his wife and two children. When he is not
training he is a Little League coach and Boy Scout Den Leader. We are
very proud to have Jack Alia as one of our National Trainers.
