Meet Your Trainer

Floyd selected Mike as the first trainer to teach the original Floyd Wickman Course: sweathogs. He was among the first group of Floyd Wickman Trainers to earn the Master Trainer designation. He then became Creative Director, and together Mike and Floyd have created training programs with more than a quarter of a million successful graduates.

Currently, Mike runs The Floyd Wickman Team as President, he teaches the Floyd Wickman Program, recruits and develops the trainers, runs the annual Master Sales Society events, and directs the R-Squared program. He is the author of Rethink Everything You "Know" About Selling Real Estate

Do we still teach cold calling?

 

No. And here’s why that matters.

The original sweathogs.com program (decades ago) included dialing every home number on a given street, using the reverse directory, three days each week.  Students started at 9am and could not stop dialing until they'd scheduled a listing appointment.  Some sat there into the evening!  That method is not only obsolete, but today, it risks violating Do Not Call regulations.

The modern sweathogs.com program is different.
