 01. FIRSTÂ
You’ll report your numbers out loud to the group
Conversations, appointments, signatures and closings, said out loud to people who will remember them next week.
 02. THENÂ
Each person takes a turn
To share a Parade of Technique (something they’ve learned or read or watched) chosen to help the others on the call OR an Ask The Experts question (ATE) brought to the group to seek a solution. All 7 agents give advice; then the coach advises. Almost always, the pathway to action becomes clear.
 03. THE MAGICÂ
Trust becomes the foundation
What happens on the call, stays on the call. Encouragement is the currency, knowing everyone there has your back.
