An Update From The President Of The Floyd Wickman Team

Spring is the season of increased activity and strong momentum.
Since the start of 2026, our team has been focused on strengthening what matters most: the quality of our training, the consistency of our coaching, and the long-term impact of the work we deliver.
We launched three Floyd Wickman Programs in Q1.
We expanded sweathogs.com, continuing the structure Mike believed in so deeply.
We introduced the Growth Mode Podcast, bringing the conversations, revelations and inspirations from R Squared Coaching to agents across the country in a new, video format on our YouTube Channel.
And we’ve been busy planning what’s ahead.
On November 16 & 17, we will host Business Breakthrough in Austin, our first time bringing that experience to Texas (can’t wait!)
This isn't just another workshop. Our commitment to in-person workshops are part of a larger goal to continue building meaningful, skill-based experiences that help you grow your business in a real, measurable way. They provide a way to connect our clients in coaching and The Floyd Wickman Program together to strengthen their relationships and remind you that you are not alone in this business.
We are not standing still. We are building.
Since losing Mike in December, there has been a quiet but steady determination within our team. The responsibility to carry the Wickman Legacy forward is something we take seriously and everything we are doing is grounded in the same Core Values and philosophies that have guided this organization from the beginning.
I’ve been part of this work for a long time. I grew up around it. Floyd and Linda were my “Michigan Grandparents”. I was raised knowing our Core Values and although I prefer staying behind the scenes, my new role as president pushes me forward in new and expansive ways. Since 2017, I’ve had the opportunity to be directly involved in building, marketing, and supporting this community alongside Mike and our team.
The Floyd Wickman Team is strong. We are growing. And we are here for the long term.
As I prepare to take a short maternity leave to welcome my second child, I do so with complete confidence in our team and in the direction we’re heading. The coaches you know and trust are leading with clarity and consistency, and the work continues without interruption.
I remind you that our purpose does not pause.
