The Marketability Checklist – A Treasure Trove of Video Ideas

Video script:

“If you’re thinking of selling, make sure your agent goes over a Marketability Checklist with you. What’s a Marketability Checklist? It’s a list of factors that will cause a home to either sell or not sell in any market. How do we know? Our company has sold thousands of homes, and we make it our business to know. So, if you’re thinking of selling, make sure you get the intel before you sell.”

Use each ingredient of the Marketability Checklist as the basis for a short vertical video.

Here’s an example. “If you’re thinking of selling your home, make sure you use a search-friendly price.

Here’s what that means. Let’s say your listing agent recommends a list price of $499,000. Almost all home searches begin on the internet. If you’re listed at $499,000, you’ll get the eyes of all those buyers who are searching up to $500,000.

But what about those who are searching $500,000 and above? They won’t see your listing! If your list price is right at $500,000, your listing will be exposed to both those searching up to $500,000, and also those searching $500,000 and above. That’s just one example of what a Marketability Checklist can do for you.”

There are ideas for at least 20 videos or social media posts in this one tool alone.

Begin each post with the phrase, “If you’re thinking of selling…” and then explain in a few sentences how this Marketability Checklist ingredient benefits a seller.
