"Our people are as good or as bad as we train or allow them to be" - Floyd’s Philosophies (2)

Floyd’s Philosophy #2

“Our people are as good or as bad as we train or allow them to be.”

There seem to be two completely different reasons to train the agents in the bottom half of production.

One reason is to cheer up the low producers so they will not leave, so that they feel like they’re getting something for the money they pay to the company.

In this type of training, production doesn’t seem to matter. Activity and results usually aren't reported or tracked. Almost everything is optional.

The other reason to train agents in the bottom half of production is so that they succeed at real estate.

Successful agents become the top half of production. Successful agents have longer careers, are more loyal, cause fewer problems and are happier.

For 40 years, we have created successful agents, with a consistent track record of one listing or sale per person per week average while in training. And 82% of our students at Session 1 are in the bottom half of production.

There also seem to be two ways to build the top half of production.

One way is to buy them away from the competition. Offer extravagant signing bonuses (with strings attached) or 138% commission split.

The other way is to grow them organically from within, by causing the agents in the bottom half of production to aspire to the top half. By empowering the agents in the bottom half to be skillful.

We would love to work for you and help you grow your top half from within. One call is all it takes to get the ball rolling. (734) 637-4030
