When All Roads Lead to Floyd

Sep 10, 2026

Two paths of thought have appeared this past week, with the same root: Floyd Wickman.

First, the long-awaited launch of our new and improved website.  (Congratulations, Anna Leppicello.)  During the process of writing what we do and offer to the industry, I often imagined talking to someone who never took a program or even heard of Floyd.  How do we explain our extreme relevance to today's market?

Second, as I was preparing for a special event in North Carolina today, my audience who haven’t been exposed to the Wickman message, how might I communicate the outrageous change that could occur in their lives for the next 40 years... if I can find the right words to convey it.

Then the two paths cross. It's the brilliance and timelessness of Floyd's material.

Dialogues that work, programs that are continuously updated for today's market, truths and philosophies that are really about service to the people. Our clients.

As our Core Values espouse: TO ALWAYS...make my Client's number one goal, my number one goal.

Isn't that what life is all about?

Zig Ziglar, Floyd's mentor, always said, "If you help enough other people get what they want, you'll always get what you want."

So, what do your clients want?  To buy and/or sell.

What do our families want?  Happiness.

What do we want?  An above-average income that provides for those we love, the satisfaction that comes from helping others, and strong personal relationships.

Huh.

That's what Floyd's programs, speeches, workshops, and indeed, his life, have always been all about.  Ours, as a company, too.  I hope you believe it.
