Q3 Update From The President Of The Floyd Wickman Team

Eight months into this role as President of The Floyd Wickman Team, I’m seeing what Michael saw in me when he asked me to be President 3 years ago. 

I have a big vision for The Floyd Wickman Team but I’ve always been most comfortable quietly leading operations, behind the scenes. My vision is not to change who we are, but to continue bringing to light what Floyd and Michael built so we can continue serving our clients for years to come.

This fall you’re going to start seeing more of that vision come to life.

I made a substantial investment in completely redesigning floydwickman.com. 

The goal is to help more agents discover our programs and improve user experience for our existing clients accessing the Vault, digital course, or student resources. The new site launches in September, and I cannot wait for you to see it.

Registration is officially open for Business Breakthrough, November 16 & 17 in Austin, Texas. This will be our only live, in-person workshop of 2026, and we are making it count. Many of you remember Steven Poscente, former Trainer with our team. He is actively selling real estate again in the Las Vegas area and will be returning to our platform in November to bring a brand new keynote to you, From Fax Machines to AI: The Technology Changed. The Relationships Didn’t. Trained personally by Floyd, Steven is one of the best speakers in the country.

This workshop will be two days of working ON your business, reconnecting with this community and preparing intentionally for 2027. We’re also planning some fun social opportunities including a Haunted Austin Ghost Tour… who’s in??

Our commitment to live training continues this fall, too.

We have several Floyd Wickman Programs lined up for our clients beginning in September. At a time when agents have access to more scripts, videos, AI tools and information than ever before, we remain convinced that we have the best sales training program in the industry. Spaced training. Selling Skills. Relationships. Accountability. Weekly Assignments. The timeless work and skills required to outlast any change in market conditions.

Other updates…

We are also currently training four new R Squared Coaches who will soon join our coaching team. Growing this team thoughtfully is incredibly important to us. Our coaches have to be fully “Wickmanized” in order to serve our clients best, and the most important part of that is to believe in our Core Values.

I’ve had two videos on my camera roll from the week Mike died that I hadn’t been able to watch. I knew he had recorded them to post online so I finally took the time to listen to them. 

He was starting a series describing our Core Values one video at a time. He recorded the first two, To Always…Live by the ‘Get By Giving’ philosophy, and To Always…Make my client's #1 goal, my #1 goal.

I plan to finish the series and will post all five videos soon. 

We completely revamped sweathogs.com from 13 sessions to 10, while incorporating even more material into the experience. It is more focused, more efficient and built for the way agents need to train today without losing the accountability, prospecting discipline and selling skills that made Sweathogs legendary in the first place.

As we head into the final months of 2026, I invite you again to come to Austin, Texas on November 16 & 17 for our only live workshop of the year. Connecting with this community face-to-face is my very favorite part of being on this team. I’m even leaving my 6 month old baby home to do so… I get how hard it can be to leave your family and business home, but it’s worth it. So please come join us.
